I feel like a horrible mother. My little girl turned two last month and I am just now getting around to posting about it. We have been so busy this summer and I have so many things to post about but they will have to come a little later. But I couldn't let another day go by without posting on Emma's big day. Her birthday party ended up having a duel theme because when I was ordering party supplies she was really into Little Miss Sunshine books, but when the party actually got closer she was obsessed with Mickey and Minnie. So we did some of both. She loves to sing Happy Birthday to herself and tells about how she went "whoooo" and "blowed out all her sandles."
She is getting so big. It makes me sad. She is talking tons. And says the funniest things. Emma is a daddy's girl for sure. (which makes me a little sad, but kind of works out since #3 is on the way and is going to require lots of mommy's attention). She loves to play outside and in the water. She also LOVES to play with Miya. They are the best of friends (and on some days...the worst of enemies). She also loves to sing songs. I love being blessed with such a sweet spirit in my home. I am so grateful for her and wish I could just pause life right where it is at! I don't know what we would do without our little Emma girl.
